Q1: When do you butcher?

We make sure each carcass has reached the “finished stage”. This means that the cow was mature enough and had enough quality grazing time to put on adequate weight and build marbling for premium quality tender beef!

Q2: How is the meat wrapped?

All cuts are packaged in traditional butcher brown wrapping.

Q3: What's cuts are included in my beef?
